Laboratory Water Damage

Drinking fountains usually have problems and after 10 years of installation the supply lines are bound to break. The Laboratory called us right away to have us clean and repair the damage from the broken pipe.

The main concern for the Laboratory is having mold growth after a water damage. The before picture shows metal studs and a channel where water can gather inside and can take days to dry. The humidity would give mold plenty of time to grow creating a problem for a Laboratory that likes a clean and mold free environment.

As seen in the after picture SERVPRO was able to clean and repair the damage and the Laboratory didn't have to worry about the mold.
