Heavy fire damage to crystal restored

House fire damages customer's irreplacable crystal set which held tremendous sentimental value.

These special crystal pieces happened to belong to the customer’s late wife who greatly valued these pieces.  SERVPRO effectively restored the set with our ultra-sonic cleaning process. The customer was overcome with emotion when these items were returned to his home in pristine condition.  He was amazed that the items could be restored. Our Fire Teams was so proud to deliver these items back to this gentleman. They actually joined him in shedding a few happy tears. It is so rewarding when we can restore items that just can't be replaced.
